Our Mission
At Quality of Life Development Center, our mission is to provide a safe nurturing environment for victims, while offering professional support and guidance. We assist survivors as they rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society. We are committed to helping as many individuals as possible and facilitating their successful reintegration into society. We provide a safe avenue for victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. Our program is designed to promote the importance of education, protection, and prevention. Quality of Life Development Center was founded by a retired California police Lieutenant who worked with several agencies who focused on prevention of domestic violence and assist with searching for missing adults and children due to human trafficking in the community. Our goal is to empower victims and help them regain control of their lives.
